• Confident in creating repair propositions and negotiating settlements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to support customers in vulnerable situations.
• Review digital evidence submitted via our online claims portal.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, helping to achieve market-leading Net Promoter Scores.
• Recommend optimal settlement routes and advise on rectification works.
