Earn up to £44,000 OTE with a £37,000 base salary, plus a 9% pension contribution and a range of benefits.

What You'll Do

This is a permanent role for applicants living in the Leicester area. You will be contracted to work 40 hours, five days a week, on a shift pattern with operating hours between 7am and 8pm Monday to Sunday, with the opportunity to do overtime at your discretion. You will be provided with a Green Flag vehicle and start your day from home. You will handle a range of roadside assistance tasks: diagnosing vehicle problems such as running out of fuel, tyre repair/changes or battery replacement, and resolving these issues effectively to give customers confidence and minimise further interruptions. Your role involves diagnosing problems, determining the necessary repairs, and ensuring customers can continue their journey safely.

What You'll Need
  • A current Category B driving licence is necessary.
  • NVQ Level 2 or similar light vehicle maintenance accreditation is preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrated empathy and a desire to always achieve the correct outcome.
  • Experience in the motor repair industry.
  • Experience of lone working (desirable).
  • Utilisation and application of up-to-date vehicle repair techniques.
  • Display of best practice and first‑class health & safety behaviours.
  • Collaboration with dispatch to improve the customer claims journey.
  • Use of self‑initiative.
