Site Agent - Water Infrastructure (Permanent, Flexible Hours)
Job summary
A leading construction company is looking for a Site Agent to manage day-to-day operations on complex water infrastructure projects in Wisley, Surrey. The role involves coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and leading site teams. Ideal candidates should have significant experience in wastewater or civil infrastructure projects, coupled with strong leadership skills. This position is full-time and may offer some flexibility in working hours.
Qualifications
- Substantial experience as a Site Agent or Senior Engineer on wastewater or civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes and live site working environments.
- Proven ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on the Wisley WWTW site.
- Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality regulations.
- Liaise with Project Manager and stakeholders.
- Lead site briefings and safety inductions.
