A leading construction company is looking for a Site Agent to manage day-to-day operations on complex water infrastructure projects in Wisley, Surrey. Qualifications

• Substantial experience as a Site Agent or Senior Engineer on wastewater or civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes and live site working environments.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on the Wisley WWTW site.
• Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality regulations.
• Liaise with Project Manager and stakeholders.
• Lead site briefings and safety inductions.
