The successful candidate will be required to deliver high quality lessons, motivate, challenge and inspire our students. They will be committed to closing gaps and raising attainment across all abilities, whatever the starting point. They should have a strong sense of teamwork, a willingness to contribute to the faculty and a desire to improve their own and the faculty’s practice. An ability to teach Humanities to Key Stage 4 is essential with an ability to teach Geography/Humanities to Key Stage 5 being an advantage.
