Job summary
A multi-academy trust in the UK is looking for a Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial leadership. The successful candidate will manage the budgeting system and work closely with senior leaders to ensure financial sustainability across the Trust. Key responsibilities include supporting the CFO, developing financial reporting systems, and preparing school budgets. The position offers 37 hours of work per week with competitive benefits and a commitment to safeguarding children.

- Knowledge of DfE financial regulations.
- Ability to develop and implement budgeting systems.
Responsibilities
- Support CFO and Trust leaders in managing finances.
- Develop internal budgeting and reporting systems.
- Prepare budgeting and forecasting reports.
- Manage overall Trust budget preparation.
- Monitor school budgets and investigate variances.
- Ensure compliance with approved budgets and policies.
