A leading energy company in Greater London is seeking a Lead Finance Change and Delivery Specialist on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role involves owning the Finance transformation roadmap, managing change initiatives, and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement. Ideal candidates should have significant experience in finance transformation, proven change management skills, and strong governance capabilities. Oversee and manage the Finance transformation roadmap, ensuring initiatives are prioritised, governed, and delivered to realise benefits. Shape and embed the Finance Operating Model, oversee adoption strategies, manage risks, and build capability across the team, acting as a key partner to senior leadership and ExCo on Finance change matters.
