A luxury handbag restoration company based in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking an Artisan to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of colour theory and have an art-based background. Responsibilities include high-quality repairs on designer handbags, maintaining organization of items, and collaborating with Senior Artisans. We buy, sell, and restore designer handbags, restoring over 700 bags every month—including some of the most valuable handbags in the world—and have facilitated the buying and selling of over £12 million worth of luxury handbags through our stores and eCommerce полос since launching the service in 2016.

We are seeking a creative individual to join our Artisan team, specialising in the repair and restoration of luxury designer handbags.
The role involves working on a wide range of designer pieces, from brands such as Coach through to Hermès, supporting both direct-to-consumer repairs and aftercare services for luxury houses including Burberry, Bulgari, and Céline.
A strong understanding of colour theory and an art-based background are essential, as precision, creativity, and attention to detail are key to delivering exceptional restoration work.
The role offers clear progression opportunities, including advancement to Artisan, Senior Artisan, and Technical Lead levels, as well as the chance to develop specialist skills such as working with exotic leathers or becoming an expert in Louis Vuitton replacement work.
