The role involves designing and selling bespoke kitchens, creating consultation visions for customers, and providing itemized quotes. We have a great opportunity for an ambitious and creative Kitchen Sales Designer to join our Sales Team.
Kitchenflair is an independent kitchen and bedroom manufacturers of affordable and luxury bespoke kitchens, established in 1993. Our success over the years, has been reliant upon completing the project for the customer to highest standard and communicating throughout.

For anyone with an excellent sales record along with kitchen design experience and further interested in interior design specifically the heart of the home, having an eye for detail and offering a product which exceeds expectations, it is an ideal position to express your talents.
Our most successful designers have a good variety of experience and keep their interests in current trends and classic design. Organisation and self management of your time is essential and within a busy showroom, you can take ownership of your displays and future developments.
The role is ideal for someone who is focused and shows integrity, wanting to work for an independant company that is still growing and wants to be a part of that. The desire for increasing sales, looking at various avenues for gaining additional business and looking ahead at developements to be involved with.
The best candidate will have a can-do attitude, enthusiastic about what they do and who is not afraid to go the extra mile with a customer – that may be offering a design they had not considered, having several design appointments, creating a design board to help them to understand options open to them.
The working week offers some flexibility, though you will be required to work on Saturday. We provide you with training and development around sales and alongside our supplier porducts to support you in being as successful as possible.
