A satisfying role

As a Distribution Administrator, it’ll be your organisational skills and administrative support that helps to keep our transport operation moving. Making a real difference to all kinds of teams, you’ll be the key link between our drivers and our systems – carrying out pre‑shift and de‑briefs with our drivers, raising purchase orders and inputting key data for site KPIs, reporting and compliance. Deadlines are tight, but it’s the chance to thrive in a role where no two shifts are the same.

What you bring to the mix
  • Significant experience using software including Microsoft Office and SAP (or other WMS)
  • The ability to prioritise work with minimal supervision
  • Problem‑solving skills and the confidence to communicate any issues
  • The ability to build relationships with all kinds of people
  • Ideally, experience in a similar transport or logistics admin role – but this isn’t essential.
