Job summary

A pioneering biotechnology firm in the UK is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to establish quality systems for their first automated CDMO for Regenerative Medicine. This role involves leading the MHRA MIA(IMP) license and ensuring compliance with quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of QA experience preferably in biologics or cell therapy. The company offers a competitive salary, stock options, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of QA experience in a GxP environment, ideally in ATMPs, biologics, or cell therapy.
  • Experience with PQS systems covering document control, deviations, CAPA.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the MHRA MIA(IMP) license for the first site.
  • Establish and maintain a robust and scalable PQS.
  • Ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures.

Skills

Quality Assurance experience
Understanding of MHRA and EU GMP
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
