• Technical certification or military experience is required.
• Minimum of two to five years in analytical instrumentation or laboratory automation.
• Full UK driving licence and valid passport are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure BioDot equipment for customers.
• Perform maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment.
• Deliver technical training and support to customers.

Skills

Technical certification or military experience

Two to five years of experience with analytical instrumentation

Excellent customer interaction skills

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Education

HNC/HND or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Biotechnology
