The salary for this role is £53,217.22 per annum. Overseeing the execution of Electrical PPMs and respond to reactive breakdowns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.Your role also includes optimising the performance of site services assets and associated equipment by providing technical support when needed, carrying out in line with planned schedules, documentation requirements, safety standards, and GMP compliance.Bespak in Holmes Chapel is an Investors in People Silver Award-winning pharmaceutical CDMO with over 350 employees, currently going through a period of significant site expansion. We are investing heavily to increase our capacity for developing and manufacturing sustainable pMDIs (asthma inhalers) with greener propellants, meeting the evolving standards of the industry, while providing comprehensive development, manufacturing, filling, and finishing solutions for a range of medical devices, including SMIs, DPIs, nasal sprays, and medical check valves.As a **Senior Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)**, your duties will include:• Plan, schedule, and allocate workload for the Electrical team to ensure efficient delivery of PPMs & reactivemaintenance.• Work 60% hands-on with the team and 40% office-based for planning and coordination.• Use CMMS/CAFM systems to manage and close out work requests, maintaining GMP & regulatory compliance.• Generate monthly reports on planned and reactive task completion.• Liaise with stakeholders across the site to clarify and deliver maintenance tasks effectively.• Supervise contractors, ensuring adherence to RAMS and site safety procedures.• Participate in the site on-call rota and support equipment shutdowns• Maintenance & Compliance to perform planned an reactive maintenance• Ensure all work meets safety, quality & GMP standards• Identify and implement improvements to plant reliability, compliance and performance• Support installation, commissioning and qualification of new equipment.**Senior Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias),** beneficial key skills and experience:• Recognised Apprenticeship or equivalent HNC in an electrical discipline.• Steam plant maintenance & steam awareness• Computer literate for site systems• 5 Years experience post apprenticeship in an engineering environment/role• Experience working in pharmaceutical/manufacturing environment desirable not essential• Previous experience in supervisory role/lead engineer• Capable of operating in a multi skilled environment with a high degree of troubleshooting skills with the ability to make decisions & operate with minimum supervision**Senior Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)**Benefits:25 days holiday + bank holidays + Buy/Sell Scheme | A generous employer pension contribution | Private medical insurance | Private dental Insurance | Permanent Health Insurance | Group life assurance | Free will writing service | Active well-being programme | Recognition awards | Free Parking.This could suit someone who has experience as Senior Facilities Electrical Engineer, Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Reliability Engineer ,Senior Electrical Systems EngineerHolmes Chapel is a beautiful village in Cheshire with excellent transport links via its railway station on the Crewe-Manchester Line, proximity to the motorway network and Manchester Airport.
