A leading engineering firm in Bridgnorth is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for night shifts. The role involves handling installations, repairs, and supporting a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme. The successful candidate will earn up to £23.10 per hour, depending on experience, with a commitment to a supportive workplace that values diversity and innovation.
Location: Bridgnorth
Hours: 46 hours per week. Night shift, Monday to Thursday (18:00 - 06:00)
Salary: Up to £23.10 per hour (approx £55k per annum), inclusive of shift allowance. Dependent on experience

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a key role in the smooth operation of our facilities. From handling installations and repairs, to supporting a robust Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme, you’ll be central to minimising disruption to our production line and helping us deliver excellence.
You’ll have existing experience of reactive and ppm maintenance within an industrial/heavy engineering environment.
