A leading construction and infrastructure company is seeking an IVR and Structures Highways Maintenance Apprentice in Birmingham. This role offers a Level 2 apprenticeship in Highways Maintenance, where you'll learn to operate essential vehicles and support highway maintenance tasks. Ideal candidates should have GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent and be ready for physical work. Join the Transportation Team and earn while you learn in a dynamic environment.
We're looking for a IVR and Structures Highways Maintenance Apprentice to join our Transportation Team based in Birmingham, working towards a Level 2 apprenticeship in Highways Maintenance.
Location: Thimble Mill Lane Depot, Birmingham
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £20,800
Start Date: September 2026

As a IVR and Structures Highways Maintenance Apprentice you'll be enrolled onto a Level 2 apprenticeship in Highways Maintenance, giving you the opportunity to earn whilst you learn. You'll work closely with the Transportation team support in the overall design, build and maintenance of infrastructure for highways with a common goal of connecting people
