Traffic Management Highways Maintenance Apprentice – We're looking for a Traffic Management Highways Maintenance Apprentice to join our Transportation Team based in Birmingham, working towards a Level 2 apprenticeship in Highways Maintenance.
Location: Thimble Mill Lane Depot, Birmingham
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £20,800
Start Date: September 2026

As a Traffic Management Highways Maintenance Apprentice you'll be enrolled onto a Level 2 apprenticeship in Highways Maintenance, giving you the opportunity to earn whilst you learn. You'll work closely with the Transportation team to support in the overall design, build and maintenance of infrastructure for highways with a common goal of connecting people.
