Business Admin Apprentice

We're looking for a Business Admin Apprentice to joinour Transportation Team based in Birmingham, working towards a Level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration.

Transportation- Build and maintain infrastructure for the highways, rail, aviation and ports sectors, with a common goal of connecting people. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading construction and infrastructure services company on an apprenticeship. Whilst working towards a recognised qualification, you'll be able to put your learnings into practice in your day-to-day role, helping you progress within your chosen career.

Location: Thimble Mill Lane Depot, Birmingham

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £20,800

Start Date: September 2026

How does an apprenticeship work?

As a Business Admin Apprentice you'll be enrolled onto a Level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration, giving you the opportunity to earn whilst you learn. You'll work closely with the Transportation team to support in the overall design, build and maintenance of infrastructure for the highways, rail, aviation and ports sectors, with a common goal of connecting people.

Your day to day will include:

  • Providing high qualityadministrative services to thewider team
  • Taking ownership of various projects/programmes andutilising various IT packages
  • Maintainingrecords and files ensuring that they are stored in the correct manner
  • Planning/organising meetings and travel
