- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Responsible for renewals and quality.
- Nationwide travel approx. 1 to 2 days per week.

Responsibilities
- Ensure long-term retention of customers and maximise satisfaction.
- Advocate for customer needs and lead issue resolution.
- Contact customers post-install to identify any issues.
- Monitor 'Customer Health' metrics and NPS results.
