A nonprofit organization in Belfast is seeking a Finance and Administrative Assistant to support budgeting, financial reporting, and project administration. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business or a related field and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £28,000–£31,562, flexible working options, and access to a range of benefits including a pension scheme and development opportunities. We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to support our Finance Manager and Project Leads with budgeting, financial reporting, and project administration. This role involves managing documentation, processing invoices and expenses, coordinate project administration(meetingminutes, status reports, calendars, and milestones)and ensuring smooth communication across teams and stakeholders.The position is offered on a full-time basis(flexible options will be considered), for a contract duration of threeyears.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field (or equivalent experience), or qualified accounting technicianand aminimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience of working in a finance assistant/ administrative role.

Due to the all-island nature of CES’ work, there will be a requirement to travel from time to time including between CES’s offices or to other locations in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
