Job description

We are currently looking Driver to join our Audi dealership in Stoke. The role of a Driver is to provide a prompt collection and delivery service to our customers in the local area and to build customer relationships.

  • Delivery and collection of customer vehicles for service or repair.
  • Planning cost and time effective routes for collections and deliveries.
  • Keeps colleagues informed of any delays or changes to plans.
  • Ensures detailed handover to customers for all demo and replacement vehicles.
  • Communicating to customers details of work completed, invoice and handover pack on vehicle return.
  • Reporting customer issues to the Service/Sales Manager.
  • Ensuring that any additional service or repair requirements identified by the customer are passed on to the Service team.
  • Providing a lift service for customers wishing to be dropped off or picked up at a particular location.
  • Talking to customers about new products and services.
  • Excellent Customer Service
