We are currently recruiting for Underwriting Service Handler's to join our team in Liverpool. You will be provided with a comprehensive training program which will provide you with skills and knowledge required to be successful.

You’ll make an impact by:
  • You will be issuing renewal, new business, and MTA's following the process led by the Underwriting Criteria
  • Responding to and ensuring underwriter and broker needs are appropriately met whilst customer service and satisfaction standards are consistently achieved in line with policies and processes.
  • Provide policy administration on newly acquired business, delivering in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate with underwriters and brokers via email and telephone to make it easy for our customers to do business with us.
Your skills and experience:
  • Previous experience within a customer service environment. This could be (but not limited to) financial services, retail, care industry, insurance
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy and fast-paced environment
  • Have a genuine desire to help customers, with the ability to listen, understand their needs and provide the best solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
