Base pay range

This is your chance to join the traffic management team for a rapidly expanding Fibre networking company with big growth ambitions. It’s a fantastic opportunity for a qualified TM operative to join our team. Experience is essential and however we have lots of progression opportunities available. Fibre Networking Solutions Ltd have partnered with some of the UK's leading Fibre ISPs (Internet Service Providers) to bring best-in-class technology to their business, ensuring their network is fully supported enabling them to deliver a seamless experience.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Will be challenged with rewarding assignments, ensuring the safe delivery of traffic management for our wider team.
  • Uphold our traffic management Policies and Procedures and work within the framework of Health and Safety Legislation.
  • Set up safe traffic management sites, in line with the National Highways Sector Schemes 12D, 12AB and 12C and relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Undertake risk assessments in line with traffic management policy.
  • Maintain current Traffic Management Qualifications.
  • Plan and manage a variety of tasks including risk assessing, planning, implementation and managing traffic sites.
  • Work outside in all weathers; be a team player, dynamic, able to manage your own workload, and willing to learn.
  • Hold a valid driving licence.
  • Be flexible to work overtime, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
