A leading healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Team Leader - Nights at Acer Court Care Home in Nuthall, UK. You will support the home management in delivering high-quality, person-centred care while leading a compassionate team. This position requires NVQ 3 in care, effective communication, and leadership skills. You’ll be making a positive impact in residents’ lives daily, so if you're warm and enthusiastic, we'd love to hear from you. The role involves overseeing care planning and ensuring resident well-being.
S hift Details: 19:45-08:00 4 nights week 1 and 3 nights week 2. Alternate weekends
