  • Lead by example during service, coaching staff to deliver excellent hospitality.
  • Produce rota planning that balances labour cost efficiency with service quality.
Customer Experience

  • Act as the taproom’s host – interacting with customers, sharing beer knowledge, and elevating the overall experience.
  • Respond professionally to customer feedback and resolve issues swiftly.
Events & Programming
  • Work with the marketing team to plan, promote, and deliver taproom events, brewery tours, launches, collaborations, and community activities.
  • Support corporate events, ensuring exceptional hosting and coordination.
Business Performance
  • Monitor taproom KPIs and deliver monthly reports (sales, footfall, margins, waste, staffing).
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue through improved service, events, retail offerings, or new taproom experiences.
  • Ensure the taproom acts as a key brand‑building platform for Brixton Brewery.

  • Personal Licence Holder (or willingness to obtain).
Personal Qualities
  • Warm, confident, and community‑minded.
  • Calm under pressure and solutions‑focused.
  • Hands‑on, proactive, and unafraid to roll up their sleeves.
  • Enthusiastic ambassador for Brixton Brewery and the values of inclusivity, creativity, and bold flavour.
