Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with ATS or in-house recruitment systems.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment compliance.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Driving licence beneficial for travel to offices and recruitment events.

  • Build and maintain talent pools and pipelines to meet current and future workforce needs.
  • Coordinate multiple recruitment campaigns and manage agency recruitment when required.
  • Maintain and optimise the ATS for efficiency and compliance with GDPR.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and recruitment data reporting.
  • Represent Citizen at recruitment events and support employer branding initiatives.
