Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

We have a supportive team that works together, celebrates each other and focuses on delivery. We support people with diverse needs, meeting their unique personal care and support wishes. The role is based in our Parkside location.

Shift patterns and training:
  • Shifts vary from early (8am to 3pm), late (3pm to 9pm), long day (8am to 9pm), sleeps (10pm to 8am) and night shift (9pm to 8am). All shifts work around the individuals at Parkside.
  • It is essential that you complete all your core training units and moving and positioning to work at Parkside.
  • There are usually 3 people on shift at one time so you have one-to-one time.
