What you’ll be supporting & more about the role
Who Will You Be Supporting?
  • Two individuals, Female & Male
  • Both are wheelchair users
Our Key Challenges
  • Mobility: require support with moving and positioning to ensure comfort and safety.
  • Personal Care: both need assistance with washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Eating: the lady requires additional support during meals.

We both have cars, but we’re just as happy to use buses or taxis when needed. Flexibility is key.

Other Key Information
  • How many colleagues are on shift at any one time? Core shifts are 9am – 4pm and 9am-5pm. Evenings 4pm-10pm and 5pm-10pm. There is also a sleep from 10pm-7am.
