A leading supermarket chain in the UK is seeking graduates for its Supply Chain and Logistics Graduate Programme. This 24-month program offers hands-on experience across three placements, focusing on forecasting, planning, and logistics. Ideal candidates are analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment. To ensure we balance moments where we know we need to collaborate together and the need for flexibility, Asda has a hybrid way of working with a minimum 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices. Over and above this, each area of Asda may have additional requirements which may require spending more days in the office, visiting suppliers, stores or depots.

Our Supply Chain & Logistics teams are the powerhouse behind getting products to our shelves and into our customers’ hands. This 24-month graduate programme offers a unique opportunity to experience the full end-to-end supply chain journey from forecasting and planning to logistics execution while gaining aCILT-accredited qualification(or suitable alternative) to support your professional development.
You’ll spenda total of 24 months rotating across 3 placements. 12 months will be in a supply role, working closely with Buying, Modular Planning, and Replenishment to ensure product availability, cost efficiency, and innovation. You will also complete a 12-month placement in Asda Logistics Services, working within central Logistics on two 6-month rotations where you'll gain hands-on experience working closely with operational and non-operational Logistics teams.

Forecasting and demand planning to ensure accurate stock levels across categories
Supporting new store openings and seasonal events with tailored supply strategies
Driving cost-saving initiatives and process improvements across the supply chain
Project, programme and PMO support ensuring tracking of projects is clear, all risks documented, milestone plans agreed and monitored. Full visibility of the portfolio to circulate to senior leadership teams across Asda
Conduct analysis of warehouse capacity data and use findings to lead discussions and support strategic decisions in meetings and project work
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical projects
Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration and deliver on key deadlines
You might be a recent graduate inBusiness, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or you may have an interest or experience in a retail, logistics, or planning environment. Either way, you’re excited by the challenge of working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where no two days are the same.

If you are successful, we will ask you to come and join ASDA in September 2026. You will need to work a minimum of three days per week in Asda House, Leeds. The three-day office attendance requirement may vary based on the specific team and its operational requirements.
