Qualifications

  • Experience in detailed design of new highway structures and maintenance of existing assets.
  • Ability to conduct site surveys and inspections.
  • Full UK Driving License required.

  • Experience in the detailed design of new highway structures as well as maintenance of existing assets, predominantly in reinforced concrete and steelwork
  • Prepare technical reports (e.g. feasibility/options reports, assessment reports and other technical reports)
  • Applying best practice and innovative approaches in all projects
  • Conducting site surveys and inspections
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Incorporated or Chartered Engineer (MIStructE or MICE)
  • Familiarity with current design practices and local/national guidance
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software packages
