A leading eyewear retailer is looking for a Store Manager in Romford. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure excellent customer service while achieving sales targets. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to support and train staff in a fast-paced environment. As a Store Manager at Vision Express, you’re responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes managing colleagues, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and meeting sales targets. You’ll also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting. You’ll also manage recruitment with the support of your Regional Manager and Store Support Centre colleagues. You’re responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment, ensuring all employees are trained and supported in their roles as we help customers see more and be more by providing tailored eyecare and eyewear solutions.
