# Speech & Language Therapist - Woking## Job Introduction##### ##### Job IntroductionOur**Band 5 Speech & Language Therapists** are part of the Paediatric Therapy team and will manage a general caseload of children with a range of varied and complex needs while accessing appropriate support and supervision. Newly qualified practitioners will work towards autonomous practise with formal supervision from their line manager.Our**Band 5 Speech & Language Therapists**will devise child centred therapy plans using evidence based practice to ensure that the individual’s full potential is developed or maintained.##### BaseThe post holder will be based at a site within their local quadrant of Surrey. This could be an admin base or a clinical base.
