Basedat Bedford, or one of our other Distribution Centres across the UK you’ll take a leading role in designing logistics solutions and capacity plans across warehousing, transportation and value-added services. If you’re a forward thinking, data driven, logistics professional with a passion for continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing scalable logistics solutions for both new and existing healthcare clients
• Supporting tender responses with compelling, cost-effective operational models
• Lead the creation of capacity plans to anticipate growth across our UK logistics network
• Build forecasting models to guide resource planning and ensure operational readiness
• Use tools such as Power BI, Excel, WMS / TMS reports to uncover data led insights and drive improvement.
• Work cross functionally with Operations, Commercial, Finance and IT teams to implement effective and sustainable logistics strategies.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in solution design or capacity planning, ideally within a 3PL, healthcare or regulated environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills and a solid grasp of data modelling.
• Comfortable supporting commercial tenders with technical and operational input.
• Experience managing complex projects and communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with GDP, MHRA and other healthcare compliance frameworks.
• Exposure to automation technologies or warehouse simulation tools.
• A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or engineering.
