Social Workers – Children in Care & Safeguarding Services

Location: Northamptonshire Areas

Contract Type: Temporary

Salary: £200 and £275 Per Day dependant on experience (including Senior & Advanced Practitioner levels/Managerial)

We are looking for passionate, dedicated Social Workers at all levels to join our expanding Children’s Services teams. Whether you are newly qualified, an experienced practitioner, or stepping into senior or advanced roles, you will play a crucial part in supporting children in care, young people, families, and carers at some of the most important moments in their lives.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Build positive, meaningful relationships with children, young people, and families
  • Complete high-quality assessments, plans, and direct work
  • Make sound, evidence-based decisions that promote safety, stability, and wellbeing
  • Work closely with carers, schools, health professionals, and multi‑agency partners
  • Support children through their care journey, promoting permanency and long‑term outcomes
  • Contribute to fostering, adoption, and permanence planning where required
  • Uphold your professional standards as a Social Work England–registered practitioner
  • Bring kindness, resilience, and creativity to every situation
