£13.64 - £13.79 per hour

Job Profile

This is a varied and hands‑on role supporting our food and beverage operations across the venue, including weddings, functions, meetings and theatre bar service.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food to a high standard.
  • Provide a comprehensive catering service for weddings, private functions and corporate meetings.
  • Operate and assist with the running of our theatre bars.
  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene, healthy and safe working environment.
Qualifications
  • Previous catering or hospitality experience is essential.
  • Valid REHIS qualification.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
