Job summary: As Services Transition Manager, you’ll support the smooth operation of IT services, manage how services are added, updated, or removed from operations, and provide guidance to senior leadership, customers, suppliers, and other Government Departmental stakeholders. You will measure transition metrics, drive improvements, and maintain the Service Transition Dashboard for visibility of new, amended, or disabled services.
Be the backbone of IT Operations, bringing problem solving and clear communication to IT operations, with a focus on high-stakes service transitions where national interest and security are factors.
