A dynamic development consultancy is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their transport planning team. Responsibilities include supporting development planning projects, preparing various transport strategies, and conducting junction modelling. Applicants should have a degree in a related field, knowledge of policy and guidance, and strong communication skills. We are seeking enthusiastic, passionate individuals to join our team and be involved in supporting all aspects of development planning project work through the whole development cycle from site selection/due diligence and appraisal, through planning, design and implementation. This will include preparing Access Strategies, Transport Assessments/Statements, Travel Plans, Construction Traffic Management Plans, Parking Strategies, Sustainable transport / Active Travel, and inputs to Environmental Impact Assessment. You will be required to undertake junction modelling (Junctions 10 (Arcady, Picady) and LinSig), input to S106 negotiations, liaise with local highway authorities and much more. You will work on a number of exciting, complex transport planning projects, with the support of our Directors and Transport team, and gain valuable experience and exposure across a range of sectors and a variety of clients on all scales/types of projects.
