Senior Store Assistant in Bromsgrove
30 hours per week

What you'll do

We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

  • You’ll be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
  • You’ll be hands‑on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves.
  • You’ll support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience.
  • You’ll handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
  • You’ll provide outstanding service, chatting with customers and staying efficient during busy times.
  • You’ll ask the right questions to help customers find everything they need for their projects.
  • You’ll be proactive: sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up.
  • You’ll hold keyholder responsibilities: open and close the store, assign daily tasks, and provide short‑term supervisory cover when needed.
  • Although retail is not essential, you should have experience as a key holder or supervising team members.
