• Full lifecycle ownership experience across discovery, delivery, and iteration.
• Strong user empathy and ability to translate insights into actionable decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the platform and oversee a suite of tools/modules.
• Translate user insights into tickets with clear product requirements.
• Line manage and support a Product Manager, aiding their growth.
• Shape the platform’s vision and roadmap while reporting to the Sr Product Director.
