What you will do

• Conduct assessments of children in need, those at risk of harm, and initial stages of new Looked After episodes.
• Collaborate closely with the Police Child Abuse and Investigation Team for joint investigations involving child protection.
• Identify risks and develop comprehensive plans through direct work with children, families, and relevant professionals.
• Work with families lacking access to public funds to provide appropriate support.
• Transition cases to the relevant teams within Social Care once assessments are complete.
