A growing planning consultancy based in Nottingham is seeking a skilled planning professional to manage a diverse caseload across residential, commercial, leisure, energy, and agricultural projects. As part of the STAT Holdings Group, we combine the agility of a small practice with the support of a wider organisation, and this is an exciting time to be part of our expansion.

⭐ What You’ll Do

Your input will directly shape outcomes and help steer our expanding practice, and you’ll play a key role in the delivery of projects, including:

  • Managing your own caseload across residential, commercial, leisure, energy and agricultural schemes
  • Providing early-stage planning advice and strategic input
  • Preparing fee proposals and leading planning applications
  • Coordinating consultants and managing project workflows
  • Liaising directly with planning authorities and clients
  • Supporting work on appeals, land promotion or portfolio reviews where relevant
  • Contributing to the growth of client relationships
⭐ What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with proven capability and professional confidence:

  • RTPI-accredited degree + RTPI membership (or working towards it)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience, ideally in the private sector but not essential
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Solid organisational ability and ownership of workload
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in developing new opportunities
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a close-knit team
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport
