Qualifications

• 18 months post qualifying experience with sign off of appropriate preceptorship or competency framework.

Responsibilities

• Deliver intervention in the community with service users having complex needs.
• Participate in a range of interventions across Hub and Intervention teams.
• Provide ongoing coaching support and clinical supervision to junior colleagues.
