Are you an experienced CDM Principal Designer looking for a role where you can step straight in, take the lead and make an immediate impact? This is a senior position within a growing consultancy that is exceptionally busy across a varied portfolio of UK projects.

You will join a close-knit CDM team of three covering the South, Midlands and North. With significant growth planned, this senior role places you in an ideal position to progress into team leadership in the near future.

The Role

• Acting as Principal Designer across live schemes
• Advising clients on their duties under CDM 2015
• Leading on design risk management and compliance
• Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Supporting, guiding and mentoring the wider CDM team
• Playing a key part in shaping the future direction of the CDM function

This is a fully remote position, with site travel as required.
