Job summary

The candidate will oversee an avionic team, ensuring compliance with CAA regulations and efficient project completion. Responsibilities include team leadership, liaising with project management, and enforcing safety protocols. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ aviation experience.
• Experience of leading a team.
• Knowledge of CAA Part 21G and 145 approvals.
• Ability to accurately interpret detailed wiring diagrams.
• Recent experience of manufacturing wiring looms and testing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects receive correct support for timely completion.
• Delegate tasks and oversee the avionic team.
• Liaise with project management and design teams.
• Maintain communication regarding project progress.
• Enforce hangar rules and health & safety practices.
