What You’ll Do:
  • Support Account Executives in managing client relationships.
  • Assist with client queries, renewals, and policy administration.
  • Ensure timely, professional communication with clients.
  • Prepare and review renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
  • Check documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the preparation of submissions and presentations for insurers.
  • Assist in negotiating terms and ensuring coverage meets client needs.
Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Follow FCA regulations, Consumer Duty obligations, and internal policies.
  • Maintain audit‑ready documentation.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and other colleagues to deliver seamless client service.
  • Share knowledge and participate in team learning.
  • Identify areas for personal and technical development to strengthen your skills and the team’s capability.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in senior account handling within insurance or a specialist commercial sector.
  • In‑depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, markets, and underwriting.
  • Familiarity with insurance systems and client management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
  • CII or ACII qualification, or willingness to pursue.
  • Experience using Acturis or similar platforms.
