Qualifications

• HNC/Degree or equivalent in Construction/Civil Engineering, working towards institute membership (ICE).
• Demonstrable knowledge of site engineering and construction supervision.
• Must possess own transport for access to remote sites.
• Valid driving license and required competencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage junior engineers and assist the Sub Agent in construction operations.
• Supervise site engineering team throughout the construction process.
• Assist in temporary works design schemes and coordinate labor and materials.
• Monitor and coordinate subcontractors to ensure compliance with contracts.
• Assist with production of reports, resource allocation, and cost plans.
