A local government authority in the United Kingdom is seeking a candidate for a School Crossing Service role. The position involves assisting with crossing duties during school term time and requires no formal qualifications, but knowledge and skills relevant to the role. Hourly rate of pay: £13.06 – £13.20. This is a 38‑week sessional post; working hours will be during school term time only.
Monday – Thursday, 08:25‑09:00 & 14:25‑15:45
Friday, 08:25‑09:00 & 12:00‑13:00
To start as soon as possible. This School Crossing Site is located on Masons Way near the junction with Colliers Row.
To assist in the delivery of the School Crossing Service throughout East Lothian in accordance with Health and Safety legislation and Council policies and procedures.
