  • Work at a variety of venues including shows, events, superstores and smaller stores, town centres, shopping centres and train stations. Venues are booked by the in-house venues team to maximise donor leads.
  • Adapt to venue conditions; be flexible with hours to align with peak footfall, with evenings often being most productive.
  • Represent Charity-branded clothing and equipment and use provided electronic tablets to sign up donors.

  • Healthcare plan worth up to £900 per annum.
  • Death in service benefit, twice annual salary.
  • Award-winning training and ongoing support.
  • Shopping discounts at over 30,000 retailers.
  • Generous referral scheme and long service awards with added benefits.
  • Regular incentives and discretionary bonuses.
  • Career development opportunities.
What makes a great candidate

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (sales, customer service or field sales).
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build immediate face-to-face rapport with the public.
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
  • Willingness to work outside in all weather and Saturdays (weekends are peak times for sign ups).
