Sales Consultant
Location: Solihull, West Midlands, United Kingdom
Hours: 40 hours per week, any 5 of 7 days including bank holidays and weekends.
Salary: Basic salary up to £25,500 per annum, with commission and rewards.

We are looking for a luxury jewellery sales consultant to join our successful sales team in Solihull. Join us to deliver unparalleled beauty, craftsmanship, and joy to our loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Client engagement and consultation: greet clients warmly, build relationships by actively listening to their needs and preferences.
- Product knowledge: develop a comprehensive understanding of our jewellery collection, materials and design details.
- Sales performance: proactively meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, while maintaining a consultative approach.
- Customer experience: deliver exceptional service, resolve concerns and create a valued environment.
- Brand ambassadorship: embody our brand and maintain a polished, sophisticated appearance.
- Collaboration: work closely with team members and other departments to enhance visual merchandising and overall customer experience.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years sales experience in luxury retail, preferably jewellery, with a proven track record of meeting and surpassing targets.
- Experience liaising with high‑end clientele is advantageous.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Proactive team player.
- Problem solving: employ critical thinking to identify solutions.
- Flexibility: adapt quickly to changing needs.
- Keen interest in new software and ability to learn systems quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: listening, communication and relationship building.
- Passion for luxury products and innate sense of style.
- Strong attention to detail and eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Proactive, results‑driven attitude with a genuine desire to exceed expectations.
