Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients
  • Understand customer needs and provide bespoke product and service solutions
  • Manage timelines, pricing, and follow-ups to ensure smooth delivery and repeat business
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and through outreach
  • Promote value‑added products and services to increase order value
  • Build strong client relationships through regular contact and project updates
  • Work closely with production to ensure specifications and deadlines are met
  • Share customer insights with marketing and product teams
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular updates on pipeline and performance

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Requirements

  • Background in architectural ironmongery, building products, or the print industry
  • Familiarity with project‑based sales and client lifecycle management
  • Experience using CRM systems and quoting software
