A leading UK firm is seeking a Reward Services Team Manager for a fixed term contract of 12 months. The role involves supporting the Reward Services Manager, managing benefit reconciliations, and leading initiatives for process improvements. The role-holder will act as the key support and deputy to the Reward Services Manager, playing a pivotal role in the operational management and continuous improvement of the Reward Benefits function.
First point of contact for escalated queries, you will take the lead in implementing and managing all reconciliations and process improvements across all employee benefit schemes, including (but not limited to) the Company and Green Car Schemes, FLEX Benefits, Healthcare Schemes, Share Schemes, Long Service Awards, Group Income Protection, and Cycle2Work schemes.
